About Karen Main

My mission is to help leaders and teams achieve their highest potential.

I'm an award-winning author, speaker, and trainer specializing in organizational consulting, leadership development, and team enhancement strategies.

I have extensive background consulting to public sector entities (since the late 1990s) along with experience working with private-sector industries such as trades, real estate, marketing, and higher education.

My educational background is in social psychology and sociology (MA, Sociology, University of Denver) and I'm an Advanced Associate in Emergenetics. In addition, I've earned credentials in mediation, facilitation, and leadership.
